According to documents filed with the Court, “Funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.” The Company was formerly known as Aztec Communications Group and changed its name to Aztec Oil & Gas in August 2004. The Company, which operates as an oil and gas exploration and production company, is represented by Kristin Nicole Rhame of Christian, Smith & Jewell.
