Sable Natural Resources filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a motion to extend the time during which the Company can obtain approval of its Disclosure Statement and confirmation of the Plan of Reorganization.
The motion explains, “On October 19, 2017, this Court entered its Order Granting Motion to Extend Time to Confirm a Plan of Reorganization. The Debtor has now identified an investor who is willing to help fund the Debtor’s Plan. The new Plan and Disclosure Statement will be on file the end of the week of November 6, 2017. The Debtor hereby requests that the Court extend the deadline to obtain approval of its Disclosure Statement for an additional forty-five (45) days, to December 21, 2017, and extend the deadline to confirm its Plan of Reorganization to February 4, 2018.”
