Ciber filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a revised confirmation schedule related to the Debtors’ Plan of Liquidation.
The notice states, “The schedule as set forth in the Notice of Confirmation Hearing is hereby revised such that the following deadlines shall now apply (all times are prevailing Eastern Time): November 8, 2017: Deadline to respond (i) to the Motion to Approve Zayo Settlement [Docket No. 789], and the (ii) Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors’ Objection to Disallow Claim No. 631 filed by Zayo Group, LLC [Docket No. 690]. November 13, 2017: Deadline to reply to any objections to the Motion to Approve Zayo Settlement. November 15, 2017: Hearing to consider: (i) Motion to Approve Zayo Settlement, and (ii) State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation’s Motion to Estimate Its Claim Solely for Voting Purposes Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3018 [Docket No. 760]. November 28, 2017: Confirmation Hearing and hearing on the Zayo Claim Objection. December 13, 2017: Confirmation Hearing and hearing on Committee’s Motion for Entry of an Order Granting the Committee Leave, Standing, and Authority to Pursue Actions Against Insiders on Behalf of the Debtors’ Estates [Docket No. 650].”
