Ciber filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a claims settlement stipulation between CMTSU Liquidation and Daytona State College (DSC).

The stipulation notes, “Upon the Parties’ entry into this Stipulation, the Claim shall be granted as an allowed unsecured non-priority claim (Class 3 General Unsecured Claims of the Plan) against CMTSU Liquidation (f/k/a Ciber) in the amount of $1 million in favor of DSC….The terms of this Stipulation shall be in full and final satisfaction of any and all claims and rights that DSC asserts, has or may have against the Debtors and their estates, and DSC waives, withdraws, releases and agrees not to assert any and all other claims against the Debtors and their estates, including, without limitation, any and all other proofs of claim, if any, which DSC has filed in the Debtors’ Chapter 11 Cases.”
