Austin Financial Services filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a stipulation extending Point.360’s expiration date of the interim order for use of cash collateral and continuing the final hearing.
The stipulation notes, “The Parties stipulate and agree as follows: The Final Cash Collateral Hearing is continued to December 14, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The Expiration Date of the Interim Order set forth in paragraph 2.1(a) thereof is changed to December 14, 2017. All other terms of the Interim Order shall remain in full force and effect.” The Court subsequently approved the stipulation.
