Privately-held Xceligent, Inc. (dba Xceligent Holdings) filed for Chapter 7 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware, case number 17-12937. Under Chapter 7, a company will liquidate its holdings and stop operations.
Xceligent is located in Blue Springs, MO and headed by Jody Venorsdale. The Company is represented in bankruptcy proceedings by Kenneth J. Enos of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor.
Xceligent has already ceased operations and employees will be terminated. According to documents filed with the Court, Xceligent cites estimated liabilities at $50 to $100 million and assets at $1 to $10 million.
