Based in Las Vegas, NV, the Company is led by James M. Rhodes, President of Truckee Springs Holdings: manager of the Debtor. Kingman Farms is represented in bankruptcy proceedings by Nedda Ghandi of Ghandi Deeter Blackham.
In documents filed with the Court, the Company cites assets and liabilities of $10 to $50 million. The U.S. Trustee assigned to the case scheduled a February 22, 2018 341-Meeting of the Creditors; and May 23, 2018 is the final date by which interested parties must file proofs of claims.
