Privately-held Atlas Inspection Technologies, Inc. (Atlas) filed for Chapter 11 protection from the U.S. Bankruptcy court in the Western District of Washington, case number 18-11351. The Company is based in Seattle, WA and headed by CEO Darren Billings. The Company is represented in bankruptcy proceedings by John R. Rizzardi of Cairncross & Hemplemann, P.S.
