The Company is based in Dimmitt, TX andpresently headed by Michael Quint Waggoner, Managing Member. The Company is represented in bankruptcy proceedings by Max R. Tarbox of Tarbox Law, P.C.
The Company’s website states, “Welcome to Wagner Cattle Company–breeders of registered Gelbvieh cattle. Our brand–the Hat W–stands for tasty high altitude, free-range beef. Our business model is two-fold–We sell all our natural grass-fed beef to consumers seeking to buy local tasty natural beef. We also sell registered Gelbvieh seedstock to commercial ranchers.”
According to documents filed with the Court, Waggoner Cattle cites estimated assets and liabilities at $1 to $10 million.
