Code Rebel (d/b/a ThinOps Resources) filed for Chapter 7 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware, case number 16-11236.
The Company, which provides proprietary software and information technology services, is represented by Hanh Huynh of Herrick, Feinstein. On May 9, 2016, the Company announced that Thomas M. Moreno had resigned as the president of Code Rebel Cand its ThinOps Resources, LLC subsidiary and business unit.
The filing explains, “The Joint Operating Committee of Code Rebel and Aegis Identity Software, Inc. (‘Aegis Identity’) will take appropriate actions to facilitate an orderly transition of the duties of president to other members of the executive board of Code Rebel prior to the effective date of the proposed merger between Code Rebel and Aegis Identity, at which time a new executive slate will be installed.”
