Privately-held Epic Research & Diagnostics, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, filed for Chapter 7 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Arizona, case number 18-04303. The Company is based in Scottsdale, AZ and official Court documents were signed by Robert G. Hunt, Co-Chair. Epic Research & Diagnostics is represented in bankruptcy proceedings by Bradley J. Stevens of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, PLC.

Epic Research & Diagnostics, Inc., a biomedical research and device company founded in 2006, designs and develops non-invasive electrophysiological measurement systems. It provides a non-invasive electrophysiological measurement system that measures the electrophysiological signals generated at the fingertips and provides insight into the function of the body’s systems and organs, which are affected by nutrient choices, stress, environment, activity and disease.

According to documents filed with the Court, the Company cites estimated assets and liabilities at $10 to $50 million. The Chapter 7 petition indicates that after administrative expenses are paid, no funds will be available to unsecured debtors.
