Cumulus Media filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a notice of filing of Fifth Supplement to the First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization. The supplement contains the following documents, Exhibit B: Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases.
The supplement notes, “On the Effective Date, all Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases will be deemed assumed as of the Effective Date, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of sections 365 and 1123 of the Bankruptcy Code, other than those Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases that: (1) previously were assumed or rejected by the Debtors; (2) are identified on this Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases; or (3) are the subject of a notice of rejection or motion to reject such Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases, as applicable, that is pending on the Effective Date, regardless of whether the requested effective date of such rejection is on or after the Effective Date.”
