Orianna Health Systems filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a notice adjourning its Confirmation Hearing. The notice states, “The hearing to consider confirmation of the Plan was scheduled for July 16, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. (Central Daylight Time) (the “Confirmation Hearing”) [Docket No. 560], before the Honorable Judge Harlin D. Hale, United States Bankruptcy Judge, at the Earle Cabell Federal Building, United States Courthouse, 1100 Commerce Street, 14th Floor, Courtroom No. 3, Dallas Texas 75242-1496 (the “Bankruptcy Court”) or at such other time as the Bankruptcy Court may determine. The Confirmation Hearing has been adjourned and will be rescheduled to a date to be determined. A notice of the rescheduled Confirmation Hearing will be filed once a new date and time has been set.”
