October 25, 2018 – GenOn Energy filed with the Court a Third Amended Plan Supplement for its Joint Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization of Debtor affiliate NRG REMA [Docket No. 1921]. The supplement contains the following documents:
- Exhibit C: Form of New Organizational Documents, including
- Exhibit C(i): Second Amended & Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of NRG REMA LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company
- Exhibit C(ii): Limited Liability Company Agreement of GenOn Northeast Management Company LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company
- Exhibit C(iii): Certificate of Formation of GenOn Northeast Management Company LLC
