Enbridge G&P and Enbridge Pipelines filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court an objection to Samson Resources’ proposed sale of certain assets and the proposed cure amounts relating to the Company’s central Anadarko designated contracts list.
The objection asserts, “Enbridge files this Objection to preserve all of its rights because at this time, it does not know which, if any, of the contracts will be assumed. The Debtors should be required to specifically identify which of the contracts identified in Schedule 1 they are proposing to assume. Additionally, the Debtors owe Enbridge a total of $15,900 under several pre-petition, unexpired executory contracts. Enbridge objects to the Debtors’ assertion that they may assume contracts with Enbridge at a $0.00 cure amount.”
