GreenHunter Resources filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a notice of auction and sale; solicitation of initial bids; bidding procedures; auction; sale hearing and related relief and dates regarding the sale of the Debtor’s assets.
The notice states, “Any bid submitted by a bidder must be submitted in writing prior to 12:00 noon (Central Time) on April 21, 2016. If the Debtors receive more than one qualified bid within the requirements and time frame specified by the Bidding Procedures, the Debtors may determine, in the exercise of their business judgment, to schedule an auction to request additional competitive bids from qualified bidders with respect to the Sale of the Assets on April 22, 2016. A hearing to consider approval of the Sale of all or substantially all of the Assets to one or more Successful Bidder(s) (the ‘Sale Hearing’) is presently scheduled to take place on April 25, 2016. Objections, if any, to the Sale of the Assets should be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) on April 14, 2016.”
