August 10, 2018 – Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Office Source, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (Office Source) in August 2018. On November 20, 2009, Office Source filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, assigned Case No. 09-34901. Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.
